Don't know why I'm bothering with your brain crap, but here it is. Yes, "this kind of outcome" means "bad outcome". I thought that was obvious, not dishonest. On your next thought, it's not possible to remember what hasn't happened. Also, it's still a guess, not a finding, that Covid vaccine is the cause. The mRNA difference in the two vaccines may or may not indicate a threshold (that is the point of the difference) if mRNA is even the culprit. It's all theoretical.
