Biden let his lawyers in, not Garland. The difference from Trump you numbskulls can't seem to grasp is Biden is making no claim the documents belong to him; there is no reason to believe he even knew they were there. He didn't claim, "Oh I declassified them after I became President". He instructed that all classified documents be immediately returned to the government.
