What individual doctors "report" regarding treatment they performed doesn't constitute a scientific finding of any kind on the efficacy of Covid vaccinations. Perhaps the grade school math was the problem, so let me offer a couple of even simpler problems.
On March 23rd of 2020 Dr. Zev Zelenko reported curing 500 elderly and high-risk patients with 0 deaths, 0 hospitalizations and 0 intubations.
If from the beginning of the pandemic, if everyone who got COVID had been treated with that level of care, what would the theoretical total of COVID deaths in the U.S. have been instead of 1.1 million?
That would be the same answer as for Dr. Brian Tyson who in mid-2020 reported having cured 1900 patients with 0 deaths and 1 hospitalization of 4 days.
