Money can move - land cannot. Best thing for the income tax is dump it - and the useless eaters that make an industry of it, too - put them to productive work. You're more likely to see a windmill that doesn't wipe out endangered birds and cause cancers with its toxic noise pollution than you are to see the federal income tax applied more burdensomely to the super wealthy than to the productive class.
