They are also welcome to avoid the woke silliness - race riots, looting, killing.
If California would just stop being institutionally racist, you would not have the race riots. Look at Florida, Texas and Nevada. MORE blacks per capita - no race riots, because they do not practice institutional racism against their of-colored citizens.
