Twitter COULD ALWAYS do anything they wanted WITHOUT interference with the 1st Amendment! It is and was a PRIVATE COMPANY, and they'd be perfectly within their rights to now block ANY tweet Musk wants! They can ban you, block you, shadowban you or place restrictions on anyone that Musk disagrees with!
What CANNOT be done is for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, in the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, or ANY OTHER FEDERAL DEPARTMENT to ORDER TWITTER to take away the rights of others that THEY (not Twitter) happen to dislike, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THE CORRUPT BIDEN ADMINISTRATION DID!
THAT IS ILLEGAL, and those crimes have now been proven by the release of those hidden email communications between Biden administration officials and Twitter.
So the answer is an unequivocal NO, I DON'T GIVE A **** IF MUSK BANS AN IDIOT LIKE YOU! And if I were him, I'D DO IT!
