I am not saying that we shouldn't care about the world. I am saying that it's not realistic for any one country to be the world's savior. All the money that we have spent on other protecting other countries, or coming to their aid in one way or another, should have more value to our own people. It's ironic how some Americans can support our money going to Ukraine. Yet, they complain that are schools need more funding.

Finally, the UN was created to STOP the Land Grabbing. Maybe end the Wars that killed millions of people.
It's a Principle the UN and the Member States have agreed to. The US happens to be the biggest Super Power and the Task is laid before the US.

I agree. The Money could be better spent. The Ukraine War is part of the World's inflation problem.
We are going to have to help Europe and Ukraine with Natural Gas to get them through the winter.
There's going to be a massive re-building campaign after it's over, that's going to be costly.
My guess, after the smoke settles, Crimea (which I think is 'Russian') and parts of Ukraine east of the Dnieper River, will be a 'East Ukraine'.
