By the numbers urban sprawl always outvotes the people providing the needs to survive their own chosen lifestyle. It was always a universal constant in every society and that is why there was only one attempt to balance human nature denying self evident existence.
the original ratified United States Constitution creating a democratic republic where a rural town hall had as much liberty as a city council, county seat, state and federal capital.
this country was designed to elect representatives, not leading authorities manifesting doubt in rule of law. every next generation must obey or be eliminated from life.
