While I won't completely heap complete praise of Trump since he also encouraged people not to receive the vaccine and other Western nations followed the same pattern, the policy of completely eliminating the virus potential was probably a bad call by China. Masking up probably just prolonged exposure to the virus.
Let's see how that works out.
