Very few would be entitled to receive anything from what would be a very small pool of funds. And any government contributions shouldn't be permitted.
My position is: 'Right of Return'.
Basically, if you don't like it here, you get to RETURN to your Motherland, free one way trip, with cash, and you renounce your citizenship and surrender your Passport.
