Throwing our blood and treasure at countries to "fix them" hasn't paid off.
Maybe our success rate in this type of endeavor has slipped past my attention.
Enlighten me if we have done any good lately.
You can either support a democratic country that has a 'turn over' at the top.
Or you can support countries like Russia, North Korea, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, etc. that are ruled by autocrats.
It's a One Man Dictatorship.
