2. Organize with Mexico........to kill all of them.

4. Our Marine Officers will co-ordinate with Mexican Marina(Marines) Officers.
5. Just find out where the Cartels are at.
6. Together............we will attack the Cartel strongholds........ & membership.
Blood will flow like a river. Cartel blood.
7. By fiat......confiscate all of their bank accounts.
8. Rules of Engagement ??
