Wasn't needed with Trump either.  His lawyers were meeting with, and negotiating with the Archives lawyers regarding which documents were private and which needed to be given to the archive. 

But the FBI needed the declassified documents back that proved they spied on Trump.

Is that the Fox News propaganda storyline?
1.  No one is suppose to have Classified documents at their residence.
2.  If you have some, you need to turn them over immediately.
3.  You better have a pretty good excuse how Classified documents are in your possession.

I'm real interested in what Biden has to say.
(I already know what Trump has said:  'They were planted by the FBI' ... 'They were mine' ... 'I didn't know they were there' ... 'I already gave back all the documents')
