Sorry if I missed your condemnation of the practice, but if you made one, I didn't catch it.
So I brought up 'Age of Consent'. Where each country has an arbitrary and different 'age'. The point being 'arbitrary'.
So, at what point is 'seeing a penis' 'TOO SHOCKING' for a teenager?
The 50 States have different 'ages', from 16 to 18.
