But...but...Saint Raygun said mental hospitals were a waste of taxpayer money...and we should let those with severe mental illness roam the streets...We really need to open up more psych wards and stop pretending that is totally fine to allow people with psychosis to roam free with no supervision. I know a lot of people don’t like it but it’s for their safety and ours.
