With an approval rating below 50%, and likely headed below 40% in the not-so-distant future, the Orange Pedo is attempting to deflect any criticisms of his extraordinarily incompetent handling of the actual economy (not to be confused with the stock market, although that too shall collapse in due time) by stirring up mayhem in Venezuela, Iran, and other nations deemed hostile.
As something worthy of note: the principled MAGATs (seen often on Twitter) have already begun turning on the Orange Pedo, calling out his shameless lies in pretending to be a "President of Peace."
(Remember: Tulsi Gabbard fervently campaigned on ending "Regime Change" - and less than 1 year after the Orange Pedo was inaugurated for his 2nd term, there has already been 1 regime change with 1 more likely to follow within the next 5 months)

Now the question isn't whether this will all unravel in the end. Anyone who is > 1 SD can see it coming (a baseline that excludes a great number of you...).
The real questions are:
1) Will Trump even give a speech like Dubya acknowledging a financial crisis? Or will he merely blame the Dems / globalists / [insert group here]?
2) When this all comes CRASHING DOWN into a spiral of destruction, will R "Eggplant" Suave GLOAT? 
(I believe he will, but will also lament the utter ruination that will accompany the Reckoning and Judgment Day...)
