This is true. Plenty of loopholes exist in the system.

If a president told BLS to start reporting accurate statistics during his term, he would immediately be the worst-performing president in history.

Instead they would rather have someone like SAINT RAYGUN lie and twist the head of the BLS' arm until they implement "heuristic changes" to permanently bias UE rates lower when calculated, unreflective of reality
