The Cantillon Effect is real, but the impact is marginal. The problem is the entire system is designed for the owners of assets and debts. And everybody else is an object for extraction. The Cantillon Effect merely reflects the larger problem.  This system only has one end, one telos, and that is to accumulate capital for the owners and rentiers. Goodness, if it happens at all, is just a happy byproduct.
