It is irrelevant if illegal (or legal) immigrants from Honduras, Mexico, Somalia, etc. wave their respective countries' flags on public property (a sidewalk, a park, etc.) or private property (their car, their condo, etc.).
MAGATs would call for their deportation regardless of which form of property they're standing on. Their "right" to wave a foreign flag on public or private property is not what is in question here.
