I truly wish you would explain to me why it is that you think a business owner must maintain the same payroll dollar amount AFTER they shed 500 workers?
Does that really make sense to you? Because it sounds pretty idiotic to me!
Oh, and by the way, I hope you're not expecting any semblance of a wage hike for them any time soon. Certainly not when the idiot you elected (just a presumption on my part) has already invited in several million unskilled and uneducated illegals, most of which don't even speak the language. So, do you LIKE seeing American citizens competing with those millions of hungry illegals for a minimum wage job? How many years do you think it will take to absorb that many new crop pickers and busboys?
Maybe you should get used to those **** wages you're currently receiving. And you have Biden (and yourself) to thank for it!
First of all, I don't receive a "**** wage."
Second of all, if you read the first few sentences, I mocked the Diaper **** in the WH, so what makes you think I voted for Democrats?
Third of all, I do not support illegal immigration.
Fourth of all, I'm talking about the HEALTH OF THE OVERALL ECONOMY. This is a thread about economics, not how much money you or anyone else THINKS people "should be making."
Fewer people in workforce + wages not rising quickly = lower aggregate consumption thus resulting in a weak economy. I'm dispelling a common economics myth (peddled by the same Democrats you despise), please don't misinterpret the primary intent of this thread.
