Putin and Harris sit down to negotiate:
Putin: "Can you tell me under what conditions you would be willing to stop your aid to Ukraine?
Harris: "Certainly and you should know that I come from a family, a middle class family that valued negotiaitons. We negotiated every day. In fact, when you think about it, negotiations are the best way to speak to others to find out things that you didn't know about them. My family taught me to negotiate every time I do that. Lastly when you think about it I value negotiations more than anything else. Cackle, Cackle, Cackle....
