No. And the reason is because no Chinese citizen leaves that country without first getting permission from the CCP. There is no such thing as the innocent Chinese student or tourist. So... Until the CCP is history deny entrance to them all. In addition if any hostilities begin how about we immediately nationalize all Chinese held American real properties? It's important to deny them everything in time of war.
