I'm just trying to understand why you would willingly register, give information to, and utilize one site that doesn't offer any explanation whatsoever as to how they may or may not use the info you provided... while balking at using one that doesn't require registration or personal info, and fully explains as a matter of policy how they would handle said info if you were t offer it.
It seems to me that your issue is more with the owner of this site possibly generating revenue off of his own website without your blessing or something.
Even if the owner was getting paid for you posting pictures here through some sort of agreement with a third party host, how in the world does that equate to him "conning" you out of anything? Are you expecting a cut or something?
