"Wrong body" is a bit dramatic - but I agree that they hurt.
An altered male is no more a woman than a dog with lopped nuts is a bitch. God/Nature makes women - surgeries don't.
I do not cede to conservatives the liberal principle of protecting women from sex fiends. I remain a liberal and oppose men in women's showers, prisons, and sports - up to and including those who are altered.
Regarding the surgery. If a person is playacting he won't want to lose 'em but if he is willing to go under the knife he might just be sincere in his belief that he "was born in the wrong kind of body".
We err greatly when we tell each other what is right or wrong. Opinons are like assholes. We all have one. And like assholes they can at times be the most important part of us.
