From what I'm seeing Infant mortality in the U.S. in 2020 was 5.4 per 1000... so your figures appear to be just a little off.

In 2020, the infant mortality rate in the United States was 5.4 deaths per 1,000 live births. (See Mortality in the United States, 2020).
