This May shock you but I believe the sentence should be the same as Manafort’s.  But your meme oversimplifies the comparison.  Especially when states are legalizing it.

Look up the names Randy Lanier and Gary Balough.  Note their color and how long they were sentenced for the same thing.
Yep, the graphic is misleading to say the least.

It reads like poor Mr Cooper got 34 years for getting busted with a joint or something.
