We need to quit kowtowing to our kids because we are worried about upsetting them or hurting their feelings. Bust their little asses when they get out of line and quit making idle threats when they act up at an early age.
Try being their parents instead of their friends, and quit giving them trophies for losing the game... and throw that **** PlayStation in the trash and make them cut the grass, wash the car, or so the laundry if they're bored.
We are losing this fight in the 3-12 year old age group by raising generations of self entitled little monsters that think they are always supposed to get their way and can't handle losing... ever.
Does that sound like a solution you would work towards, or is that too "unfair"?
