Putin is just playing brinkmanship. Try and have the U.S. be desperate in stopping him from am attack.

I want Russia to attack so we can strengthen NATO allies and move more troops into eastern Europe because of Russian aggression. All we need is Putin to act.

Putin single Handley strengthen NATO and now Germany is spending more than China on mitary spending. 

Japan is now spending a butt load of money to build up their mitary to face China. 

Putin stepped in it. 

And made Biden look like such a strong leader. 

Which we knew that already.
