If that's what they want, fine. Let em have their "coach" AS LONG AS HE/SHE DOESN'T ABUSE THE SYSTEM and try being present in the ladies locker room.
My problem is if they try to or do fire someone for misgendering him/her or protect him/her if she gets out of line.
