it ALL adds up. especially if EVERYONE is TOTAL electric. there will be shortages. Every state has a board that governs electric rates. No state has a board that governs gasoline or Diesel prices.
I can just see it now, if you live on the "odd" number side of the road, you can use your oven between 4:30 and 6:00, "even' side between 6:00 and 7:30.
