Biden was ordered by the court that no one can be refused the opportunity to make a case for asylum based on the rule 42 which was to prevent the spread of Covid. Biden had NO CHOICE. He took an oath to follow the law.
if the border is not open, it's already sealed; but it is neither of those and Biden won't seal it.
Biden wanted to undo 42 months earlier, then the courts said no.
Now that Biden has said 19 is over, 42 is over.
