How is having to state your immutable, unequivocal, biological sex on your driving licence, in any way 'terrifying' or 'transphobic'? Your identity remains intact - but your biological facts (for instance, your biological sex) remain facts, and also remain quintessential to who you are. That radical-Right crackpot American guy cut his dad's head off for political reasons (the definition of terrorism is doing violence for political and/or religious purposes, that makes this American Conservative man a terrorist), and his politics are the same as the normal right wing media consumer (especially people who watch Fox News and other radical-Right media) then he proudly brandished his dad's severed head in a Youtube video. That should terrify everyone who is not a white nationalist (the overwhelming majority of people are not white nationalists so a lot of people should be terrified), and anyone who isn't strictly straight (even people who are a 2 or 3 on the Kinsey scale but happily married in a straight relationship).
