Stop acting like the vast majority of these people don't have a "choice" in the matter. At least 9 out of 10 of these people made a series of poor choices in life that put them there. Poor choice after poor choice after poor choice after poof choice is how you get there. I get it though. Liberals don't believe in personal responsibility. The finger always goes in someone else's direction.
