The report I read was the cop was climbing on the roof with booth hands on a ledge or edge. The shooter turned to him and pointed the weapon at the cop.
1. With that said, as the cop is holding on, how was he supposed to draw his weapon?
2. If the cop is standing on the roof and shooter turns and points his weapon at him, the cops attempts to grab his weapon, who wins that fight?
