Trouble is, he called ahead to Putin and told him he was going, so that there wouldn't be any "accidents".
And then to top it off, there was the choreographed appearance of him walking out of a Cathedral with Zelenskyy JUST as the air raid alarms went off.
Trouble is, there was no attack.
Guess Joe is running for reelection, and wants to be seen as a war President.
