Where then retard does the Constitution state we cannot secede from the Union? Once the states seceded they again were free territories and Lincoln fomented an invasion of those territories. Where does it say the government has the right to say we cannot defend our borders? On the contrary the Constitution says the Federal government is there to defend our borders. And yes Impeachment is the tool in the Constitution for removing "Feds" who refuse to do their jobs. Your head up *** issue is serious. Yep, it says that, but there is no retribution against the Federal Government or those in charge for neglecting their duties.
I get it. You interpret the Constitution's preamble as a call to arms when the Feds refuse to defend the borders. And, you might be right. But, other than that, there is no procedure for forcing the Feds to do their job, remove the Feds from office or remove the offended state from the Union.
