The hearings were a joke show trial. The vast amount of testimony was hearsay. None of the witnesses were cross examined. Hutchison is guilty of purgery for sure. Pelosi herself was never questioned about why security was lax or why it took 2 hours for the national guard to arrive after being called in. So not legitimate. The reason the video was destroyed was there can be no vetting of transcripts so unless you can get the interviewee to testify to something that happened three years ago under oath the evidence gathered by the J6 committee can't be used either for or against Trump can it. In fact the video and transcripts are Trump's to gather in discovery for the purpose of his defense. What this means you retard is that Pelosi destroyed evidence much of it exculpatory and that fact disqualifies the indictments.
