He was addressing PEOPLE IN GENERAL. And especially those inside the Church should set the EXAMPLE for all to follow. The word used is "ANYONE", not "church members". Paul was ALWAYS specific in his writing as to WHOM he was addressing.
Try doing a little STUDY of the Bible before you spew your **** and pull crap out of that DUMB **** *** of yours.
