Trump is NOT desperate to stop the war, but Russia should be... HE's trying to help Russia OUT, but, I don't think it's going to be what Putin hopes... YOU SIMPLY CAN'T say with a straight face that Russia has won this war... ONE way or another, Ukraine is GOING to be part of NATO (even though Trump is trying to down play it right now)... and the only question is HOW, WHEN, and how much territory Ukraine will have to give up... BUT THAT, I predict, will have a LOT to do with how Russia comes out of it.. vis-à-vis... Current sanctions, Russia's ability to trade with the west, Frozen Russian assets, and MORE... In the end, I predict a NEW Iron curtain will fall across the Baltics, Poland, and Ukraine... with Ukraine quickly recovering, and moving into the NATO alliance... but with Russia in a slow stall, until the its final CRASH !!
Russia is JUST NOT in a position to win, in any way shape or form... and Trump has to know that... and will ultimately NOT let it happen... although he is playing NICE with Russia now, in preparation for negotiations !!!
