LOL, no country has started more regime change wars than America. Sanctions to remove leaders that dont suck Uncle Sam. Run illegal coups to remove leaders that dont obey. Russia invaded Crimea in 2014. Sanctions didn't work. We could not get engaged then as we were busy in other conflicts.
