IF that were true, no federal magistrate, given that we are talking about the home of a former US PRESIDENT, would not have signed that search warrant. He would make damn sure there is more than adequate predication, probable cause, for such a warrant, because anything less would reap monumental backlash because he is now signing a search warrant in a national spotlight. So your contention defies logic, and is clearly inaccurate, as in hogswallop.4. His entire legal team were in negotiations for return of whatever the Archivist wanted.
