Now, you REALLY need to READ Navy v Egan!! Which HAS RULED that the PRESIDENT HAS UNLIMITED AUTHORITY OVER CLASSIFIED INFORMATION simply because HE is the Commander in Chief of the Military and can do with is AS HE DAMN WELL PLEASES!!
