1. Trump has admitted he believes it is okay for a President to steal national defense information documents, he admitted this recently on television. JUSTICE can only happen during the commission of a CRIME and since you have NO CRIME you can indict on, you can't have "obstruction of justice". So you are saying YOUR BOY BIDEN is also GUILTY under the Espionage Act as well!! Seeing how your entire **** CLAIM is that "possession" is all it takes for a CRIMINAL CASE to happen!!

3. he held rehearsals instructing underlings to move boxes to hide them from the government when they would come for them in a search warrant, before and after a subpoena was issued.
4. A search warrant was issued because he wasn't returning the documents when they were requested.
These are aggravating circumstances that the DOJ will require for an indictment. They are present with Trump, but not with Biden or Pence.
