I doubt If i sold it- i'd get no more then last year. for example.
This isn't Florida where there is a high demand for homes.
If you complain they’ll show you a lot of comparable sales in the last year they used.

Don’t list your home for sale if you aren’t prepared to move.
And no small county ever spends one dime extra on public schools, these days.
Look at all the new police cars and armored cars and other toys your local police have. They spend more on police, because the public seems to like it.
Our county bought a huge police speedboat and there’s not one place in the county to operate it.
They can assist other counties now, you see.
