There was a girl, fresh yet inside my gray head, as interested in current events as I was, back then.
Her boyfriend was my friend and my girlfriend was her friend, and I’d sit out in the lobby of the dorm and listen to her diatribes against Muslims and Iran and how we should turn the entire place into molten glass.
