On the 23rd of August 2023, an Embraer Legacy 600 jet belonging to the Wagner Group (registered RA-02795[11]) crashed in a field near Kuzhenkino, Tver Region, Russia. All three crew members and seven passengers, including Dmitry Utkin and Yevgeny Prigozhin are reported dead.[12]

The commercial flight had originated in Moscow bound for St Petersburg flying North.
That skyway is full of Russian civilian air traffic.
No way in hell would a Russian defense battery shoot one of those commercial jets down.
To get it, Zelenskyy would’ve put an asset with a MANPAD north of Moscow and coordinate it with somebody at the airport.
