The little city spent a week editing the tape to justify him, and three details came out that will (or should) put him on death row:
1. Her car had no plates parked in a handicap spot (shoplifting gang)
2. Other gang members had already driven off.
3. She says on tape XXXX ARE YOU GOING TO SHOOT ME XXX
Yes, the psychopath was going to shoot her the second her car rolled, as he knew it would.
This was calculated, pre mediated, cold blooded, and deliberate.
If she’d been white there’d have been a burial, a settlement, and he’d gone right on.
