Yes, Mr. Peters was the monster off all charts hit of 1965 and made Roy Drusky and Priscillla Mitchell (Reed) so wealthy not only did they live all their lives off the royalties, their children still do.
The writer Larry Kolber was last to die in 2015 and his heirs also get large annual royalties.
