Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - On Monday, Sept. 18, a meeting will be held in Washington D.C. with the U.S. Attorney General's Office and the lawyers in the federal case surrounding Payton Gendron, the gunman in the Tops mass shooting on May 14, 2022 that killed 10 Black people in East Buffalo.
This scheduled meeting is to discuss whether or not the 19-year-old could face the death penalty upon being sentenced by New York State to multiple life in prison sentences without the possibility of parole.

One thief kept mocking Jesus and saying if you are God get us down off these crosses.
The other thief said to the other we deserve this punishment but Jesus is an innocent man.
And Jesus said to him, today you will go to heaven with Me.
The reason there is a death penalty is to teach people to not use their power to kill innocent people.
There are about three million armed policemen in America
One of them has drawn his pistol when he had no just cause to draw it
He stood in front of a girl’s car for no good reason
He cussed that girl, and ordered her out of her car with a pistol pointed at her face when he absolutely knew he could not legally shoot her.
Then on the slightest pretext he deliberately killed her point blank at spitting distance, through her clear windshield looking at her eyes.
And then he stepped to one side.
If Joe Biden does not use the death penalty here, when can he ever use it again?
