Oberlin College is a private liberal arts college and conservatory of music in Oberlin, Ohio. Founded in 1833, it is the oldest coeducational liberal arts college in the United States and the second-oldest continuously operating coeducational institute of higher learning in the world.[5] The Oberlin Conservatory of Music is the oldest continuously operating conservatory in the United States.[6] In 1835, Oberlin became one of the first colleges in the United States to admit African Americans, and in 1837, the first to admit women[7] (other than Franklin College's brief experiment in the 1780s[8]). It has been known since its founding for progressive student activism.[9]

The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts is a performing arts center in downtownKansas City, Missouri, USA, at 16th and Broadway, near the Power & Light District, the T-Mobile Center and the Crossroads Arts District. Its construction was a major part of the ongoing redevelopment of downtown Kansas City.

She was so gorgeous sometimes I wondered if she didn’t have wings hidden under that long mane of wavy black hair that flowed past her waist.
But I wasn’t ready to be married, and she wanted to be a performing artist in New York City.
She’s not quite five feet tall, and I’m not planning to ever see the Kauffman Center, there’s too many other places to see in Kansas City.
